Ali Davies
I’m Ali, I typically work with women in motherhood and midlife who are fed up with feeling tired, achy and uncomfortable in their body. I help them to get strong, energised, mobile and body confident.
I do this by supporting and guiding my clients through a nutrition and exercise program that fits in with their life. I’m here to support you to the build skills and make the long term changes you need, to be fit for life.
My passion is helping women to feel great, and this comes not just from looking good but from feeling well and being capable, strong and fit. I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with specialist training in pre and postnatal, exercise in menopause, exercise for older adults and exercise for back pain. I can train you 1-2-1 in my home studio in Sandbach or if you want to pair with friends and family I can also teach in groups of 2 or 3.
I help people reach their body and fitness goals, gain energy and feel fantastic. I achieve this by creating results-focused Online Personal Training Programs based on your life stage and fitness goals, with workouts that progress in a structured way to build your strength and fitness over time.
I am a psychology graduate and am interested in how motivation works and how different reward systems and positive thought patterns can be used to help you achieve your goals. I combine my understanding of psychology, exercise and nutrition to help my clients reach their goals.
I understand the juggle of home, work and family life. I have three small children and I know how hard it is to find the time to be healthy. I can help you prioritise you and your health. You deserve the time and investment to become the best version of yourself.
Exercise doesn't need to be painful to be effective. I want to provide you with a love of movement that you can sustain long term. My training sessions are based on low impact strength and conditioning moves. Feel the burn without the burpees!
