
Join me for a fun and welcoming post-natal exercise class. Focusing on rebuilding your core strength, co-ordination, balance and posture after having a baby. This is a low impact class, using bodyweight and resistance bands. This is a small group class limited to 3-5 people.
Classes are at 102 Crewe Road, Alsager, ST7 2JA. The main entrance is at the rear of the building.
