
Welcome to Build your Strength — a low impact strength class using resistance bands
This small group class is held at the beautiful, light-filled studio at Alsager Wellness Rooms.
Thursday 12:30-1:15pm, next block starts 5th March and runs for 4 weeks.
In this small-group setting (3-5 people), you’ll learn the foundations of effective strength training, with a focus on proper technique in all the key movements.
We’ll use resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and small equipment to help you build full-body strength, and confidence.
I am a level 4 Personal Trainer and can adapt exercises to those with injuries and medical conditions that make traditional classes more difficult. This class is perfect for anyone who wants build their strength in a safe supportive environment.
