Every woman will go through the menopause at some point – but how this affects you is unique to you. Research consistently shows that exercise and nutrition helps to manage symptoms and improve quality of life in menopause and beyond.
There is a transition period leading up to the menopause is known as the perimenopause, and it can last for a few months or several years. So even if you are still having periods, you may be in this transition period. Some signs are irregular periods, mood swings, hot flushes, brain fog and fatigue.
