I provide three options for Personal Training Online:
1. PT over Zoom. Same format as for an in person session.
2. Personalised Online PT Program tailored to you, provided via my app, you exercise independently but check-in with me weekly.
3. Online Package, you follow a program independently using an app. See below.
We start the process with some detailed onboarding so I can get to know you, your goals, exercise history and preferences. I can then design a training programme that gets you to your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. This isn't just a program, I will support you throughout and can see every rep you complete on the app. We will use weekly check-ins and feedback messages to stay in touch and make sure you stay on track. This is all the benefits of personal training but at a time and place of your choosing, without needing to co-ordinate diaries. This service starts at £75 per month.
This Personal Training Package is provided via a membership. For £75 a month you will get a full program of 3+ workouts a week, demo videos and tips plus feedback and access to support and advice from me as you work through your program.
This program focuses on rebuilding your core strength, co-ordination, balance and posture after having a baby. The workouts will help you engage your deep core muscles, regain your balance and improve your posture using bodyweight exercises. As the weeks progress we will add small equipment (resistance bands and a pilates ball) and more challenging postures to build your strength and co-ordination. We will focus the exercises and stretches to help you build stability and feel good in your body.

This package is ideal if you want to kick start your fitness journey from home and need a structured programme that will keep challenging you as your fitness improves.
This cardio based program will support both weight loss and muscle gain in a sustainable way. You can do the workouts at home and no equipment is needed.

This course is designed to combat low back pain by strengthening your core stabilising muscles as well as building all over body strength, co-ordination, balance and better posture. This program will make you stronger all over while improving your co-ordination and muscle balance. Back pain is complex and I cannot promise this will reduce your pain since every case is unique. The workouts can be completed at home, all you need is a mat and some resistance bands: ideally a power band, a booty band, a set of mini bands and a theraband.

This program is designed to help you stay strong and mobile throughout pregnancy, reduce the chances or back pain and posture issues and prepare you physically for the demands of childbirth. The workouts include strength and cardio sessions to complete at home. You will need a stability ball, a theraband resistance band, a pilates ball (or cushion) and some mini band resistance bands.

I have created a number of specialised training programmes (listed above) to target your goals, whether that is weight loss, muscle gain or general fitness. When you buy a package I will send you a link to a training portal, Here you can access your workouts and track all your progress as you complete each workout. Each exercise is linked to a video to show you the correct technique and form. I will be able to see all your workouts too and can support you during the program.
No, the programme is provided to you via an app. You then click into each workout and complete it yourself. Every exercise has a video demo and a written or audio description so you can be confident you are doing it right. For every workout you complete I can see what you did. You can also message me with feedback or to ask questions via email.
I can see all your progress via the app. Every time you complete a workout. There are video demonstrations for all the exercises so you can check your technique. For the bodyweight program you don't need a gym membership. The female fat loss and muscle gain programs do require access to gym equipment to complete your workouts.
No, these plans are customised to general goals of overall fitness, muscle gain or fat loss. If you are interested in a truly bespoke online personal training plan then you need the online personal training membership which is £75 a month
There is a video demo for each exercise and key coaching points. Any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercises and send it to me.
Pick your package and pay using the links above. These payments will recur monthly unless cancelled.
After payment, you will be emailed a link to your portal to access all your workouts. You will then have immediate access to your program and workouts.
