I am passionate about helping you stay active, mobile and strong through your pregnancy.
My focus is always on functionality and mobility - I want you to be able to move well and have an active pregnancy, with fewer aches and pains, and feel strong and prepared for the birth and motherhood journey ahead.
I focus on lower impact exercises that build strength, co-ordination and balance while ensuring the workouts are safe and effective for your stage in pregnancy.
Where are the sessions?
I have a home studio in Sandbach so you can come to me. I have my own equipment and like to keep things simple, mainly using dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight.
What is small group training?
You can share your PT session with friends to reduce the cost. I can accommodate 1-3 people in my home studio, if you want a larger group I have a larger studio I can hire for this, get in touch for more details.
Zoom Personal Training
I also do Personal Training over Zoom. I will be there in person throughout your session like a normal PT session. You set up your phone and headphones and I can check technique and train you in real time. You can do this from a commercial gym or from home (or a mixture of the two).
Online Personal Training
If you just want a program to follow in your own time I also provide online PT where I provide you with an online program to follow and we have weekly check-ins to check progress and update the program as needed.
Online Programs
Finally I have some pre-set online programs that you can buy for a one off fee and work through independently. Have a look at my online programs for more information.
I am proud to be an ambassador for This Mum Moves, an initiative run by the Active Pregnancy Foundation to support women in becoming and staying active during and after pregnancy. This is something I feel passionate about as I know first-hand the physical and mental health benefits of being active in pregnancy and motherhood.
